This year’s virtual congress is all about stories. If you can tell your experiences in a story, you know you have survived. If someone is there to listen to your story, you are not alone with your experiences. When you tell your story, other people can learn from your experience.
Telling your story is hard, and hearing difficult experiences can be confronting. But these are skills we can learn, practice and share with others. Join us as we celebrate sharing our stories.
Participation is free and open to all
People with HIV are at the centre of everything NAPWHA does, including our virtual congress events. We welcome friends, chosen family, colleagues and allies who are living and working in communities affected by HIV to join us.
Taking part as a participant or panellist does not imply you are a person living with HIV. We leave it in your hands to decide whether and how to disclose your HIV status.
We ask you to register using your real name but you are welcome to join the Zoom webinar using a pseudonym (made-up name) if you would like to remain anonymous.
If you require assistance or accommodations to access the webinar, let us know. You can tell us in the comment box on the registration form!

Learn how to participate in a Zoom webinar
We have developed a brief training module on how to connect and engage with others using Zoom. The module is free and only takes 10-15 minutes to complete. If you are unfamiliar with Zoom or want a refresher we encourage you to take part (and share it with your network!).
