The NAPWHA board welcomes appointment of new Queensland Positive People (QPP) CEO, Melissa Warner, who has over 20 years HIV clinical and program delivery experience gained from diverse roles within NGOs, government organisations and clinical settings in Australia, UK and Asia.

“The truly impressive scale-up of QPP over the past few years has demonstrated the effectiveness of the HIV-positive leadership of the QPP board,” said Cipri Martinez, NAPWHA President.

“NAPWHA welcomes their latest appointment and looks forward to deepening the close relationship between our organisations.”

“As CEO of QPP Melissa will be working closely with the QPP Board to ensure our ongoing sustainability and ability to provide further valuable services for people living with HIV within the Queensland community,” said QPP Board President, Matt Hall.

Ms Warner will be transitioning into her new role in June 2019.
